How does the maintenance service work?
Choose the maintenance plan that fits you and place your order. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
After you place the order, we’ll ask for access to your website or online store. We use it only to provide the maintenance service and keep all information secure.
If you’re a first-time client, we’ll do a free call (up to 20 minutes). We’ll review your website’s current situation and align on expectations.
After that, we’ll take care of regular maintenance. We run updates, monitor security, and when needed, we can make small content/image edits or fix minor issues (up to 30 minutes per month).
Payment is processed automatically each month. If you wish, you can cancel the service at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Yes, you can! The maintenance service is suitable for any WordPress website or online store, even if it was built by someone else.
Can I cancel the service at any time?
Yes. The service is a monthly subscription and you can cancel whenever it suits you. The service remains active until the end of the paid period.
How many changes are included in the price?
Up to 30 minutes of small changes per month are included in the price (e.g., updating text or images, fixing minor issues). Larger tasks are done separately by agreement. The 30 minutes do not roll over to the next period.
What does it mean that you create backups?
Every week I create a secure backup of your website. If something happens, for example, a plugin breaks or someone accidentally changes page content, we can quickly restore a working version.
Can I order additional development work if needed?
Yes, definitely. For maintenance clients, our regular hourly rate applies. For larger changes, we agree on the price in advance.
